The agency

Platform or Extension projects, delivered to a studio standard.

Every engagement starts the same way: one conversation, by email or message, to map the actual problem and the timeline, then a specific written scope with a specific price. No discovery disguised as a deck.

CHOOSE A STARTING POINT

Platform or Extension.

A Platform is built from nothing. An Extension is added to something already working. Pick the one that describes what you need now. The actual problem gets mapped, then a written scope and price arrive.

Platform

Something built from nothing: a website, app, internal system or custom operating environment shaped around the work you need to do.

Platform work starts with the thing itself. We design and build the complete foundation, whether that is a public website, an app, an internal workflow or a custom operating environment.

What it is

Design and development from the layout and information architecture up, with the system shaped around your business rather than assembled from a theme or forced into a generic workflow.

The technical groundwork is part of the build, not an upsell: discovery, scoping, data migration where needed, accessibility, performance, structured metadata, deployment and handover documentation all belong to the engagement.

You get the source, a deploy you own and documentation that says how to change things. Nothing is scaffolded in a way that only we can maintain.

Who it is for

  • A business whose current site or process undersells the work, or never had the right system in the first place.
  • A team replacing spreadsheets, inbox threads or a person’s head with one dependable internal tool.
  • A founder or operator who needs a complete digital foundation, not another disconnected tool to manage.
  • A team whose existing build has become a bottleneck and needs a considered new platform rather than another patch.

Extension

A focused capability added onto something that already exists.

Extension work begins with a working thing and adds what it is missing. It might be an AI agent bolted onto an existing website, a mod for a game, or a plugin or integration added to a platform someone else built.

What it is

A specific addition to an existing website, game, product or internal platform. We read the system as it is, understand the seam where the new capability belongs, then build the extension around that reality.

The work can be an AI agent added to a client’s existing website, a mod or plugin for an existing game or platform, or an integration that lets separate systems finally work together. It is an addition, not a disguised rebuild.

We start with one conversation, then give you a written scope and price. The scope accounts for the condition of what already exists, the interfaces available, and the safest way to ship the new capability.

Who it is for

  • You have an existing platform and need one specific capability added rather than a rebuild.
  • A useful idea is blocked by the gap between two systems that already work on their own.
  • You want to extend a product, website or game without handing the whole thing to a new team.

THE DETAIL

How a Services engagement runs

  1. Discovery. One conversation, by email or message. The actual problem, the constraints and the timeline get mapped first.
  2. Proposal. A specific scope with a specific price in one document. No discovery disguised as a deck.
  3. Build. Design and development in the open, with check-ins on a stated cadence.
  4. Review. You get structured review rounds. Revisions are tracked, not vibes-based.
  5. Launch and support. Deployment, handover documentation and a real support window, after which an ongoing retainer is available if you want one.

What gets turned down

Work that cannot be done to this standard. A project with no decision-maker on the client side. A brief that is really a request to copy a competitor's site. A deadline that only works if the testing is skipped. Saying no early costs you a week. Saying yes and delivering something mediocre costs you a year.

What you get regardless of size

A written scope before any invoice. The source code and the deploy in your name. Documentation that explains how to change things without outside help. A support window that is stated up front rather than assumed.

Why the product matters to the services

Studio is built by the same people who deliver client work. The tooling that makes the product fast at shipping makes your project faster to ship, and the standards the product is held to are the ones your project gets. You are not hiring an agency that resells a process. You are hiring the team that builds the machine.
